Contest Rules
How it works: Register weekly from August 20, 2003 - December 15, 2003, at
Elk Mountain Motor Sports, Bob Ward’s of Helena, participating retailers
in the Clausen Distributing area and at Z101’s Hump Day Happy Hours for
your chance to win a weekly prize and become a qualifier for the Artic Cat
snowmobile grand prize (registrations discarded weekly). The Artic Cat
Snowmobile will be given away on December 17th, 2003, by random drawing.

General rules; No purchase necessary. Weekly prize is non-transferable and
makes you a grand prize qualifier. Contestants may only qualify once,
there will be up to 18 qualifiers and weekly prize winners. Open to
residents of U.S. who are 21 at the time of entry. Employees, their
immediate families or any persons living in the same household of South
Western Montana Radio Network, Commonwealth Communications, Elk Mountain
Motor Sports, Bob Ward’s, Miller Brewing, Phillip Morris Companies, their
distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional
agencies, retailers, their families and employees and families of
retailers are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and
regulations apply. Winner will be responsible for all local, state and
federal taxes. Winner must provide proof of age, valid I.D. and social
security number. No responsibility assumed for lost, late or misdirected
entries. No substitution or transfer of the prize package will be
permitted. (Grand prizewinner assumes all responsibility and liability
for the snowmobile at the time of possession and is responsible for all
taxes licensing and insurance.– snowmobile may be taken at end of contest
or picked up from Elk Mountain Motor Sports. All decisions by judges are
final. (Snowmobile may be operated and displayed before giveaway for
promotional use).
